Personal development coaching is an opportunity to acquire the necessary “new skills” as individuals move to positions of greater authority and responsibility.

All coaching and teleseminars (also known as teleclasses, teleconferences and teleforums) are delivered over the phone through a secured teleconference bridge line. Participants call a phone number and key in a code and instantly are connected to the live conference call.

This format has proven to be very convenient and flexible allowing individuals from all over the globe to participate. There is no need to travel, no supplies or books to purchase and you can participate from your office or your home. Individual Coaching

One-on-one coaching is support, guidance, and accountability. According to the Harvard Business Review (Feb, 2007), self-awareness is the “one common” factor in the leadership research leading to success. A coach can facilitate and accelerate this process.

FEE: $475 / mo for three / 30 minute sessions per month

Includes ongoing support between sessions by email

 

Group Coaching

Why group coaching? Synergy and affordability. Group coaching is an opportunity to learn from others as well as from the coach. These sessions are custom designed for people sharing a common interest (leadership development, sales performance, communication, etc.).

FEE: $175 / month / person / for two / one-hour sessions (three month minimum)

Group size 5-20

Includes ongoing support between sessions by email

 

Teleseminars For Clients

Client teleseminars are offered on personal and professional development topics and are customized for company/organizational learning.  These in house group trainings are designed for participants from the same company or organization, however, they are not necessarily from the same geographic location.

FEE: $225 / person / for two / one-hour group sessions

Group size 20-50 / Customized for larger groups 50-200 *on request

 

Open Teleseminar Series

Open teleseminars are informal and provide an opportunity to learn about yourself and make changes in a desired direction with the support of the host and the group. The content is provided in a basic overview easy to understand fashion allowing time for interactions and Q&A. These sessions are open to the public and are designed to be a lot of fun. This is a great way to be introduced to a topic such as emotional intelligence. * Some teleseminars may be recorded and provided to participants later.

FEE: varies, check individual teleseminar listings/ one-hour session

Group size 25-45
